… Slowly you open your eyes, and a new day lies before you. A day of potential and opportunities not yet explored. Not just out there in the world, but inside you too.

So How To Start The Day With An Explosion Of Self-Esteem?
The first thing you should place a note next to your bed. It can be on your cell phone or on paper. A note in which you define how you want your day to be, something like: “Today I want to be positive, calm, with a lot of self-control and definitely cheerful.” Something that reminds you that you have to do certain things in your day.
But not your homework, or personal, project, or job goals.
Or whatever works for you. But it is essential that you write it and that when you get up, read it. Every day, what we first see is terrible news (television, newspapers and even the Internet), or waste time on social networks, and also on email.
After that, instead of impregnating your mind of negativity with these and other sources, look for a blog (like this, hehe) and read a couple of articles that help you to, be more positive or learn new things and inspire you.
Try not to watch videos at that time, because you will probably end up distracting yourself more time than imagined. If possible, keep an extensive reading list and every time you get up, simply choose one of the topics to read and dedicate the necessary 5 or 10 minutes.
You can also read one more chapter of a book or just some positive statements you have written. Things like a list of gratitude and appreciation, or your past success record can also help.
The important thing is that: your day must start with something very positive.
With something that makes you feel good and nourishes your subconscious mind with optimism and positive mentality.
Undoubtedly, the problem that many people have with low self-esteem is that they negatively start their day. And then it is much more challenging to improve it. This is also affected by the people around you. If people around you are negative, try not to listen to them. Use headphones while reading, take a shower, go out for a walk or just ask them for a little peace to devote.
Starting a day with a pinch of negativity is enough to have one of the worst days of your life.
And the best thing is that the opposite is also true: starting a day with a pinch of positivism is enough to have one of the best days of your life.
Dedicate yourself to be more calm, relaxed and less stressed. Do not let stress overwhelm your body and mind, for more work than you have, for more things you have to study, or for more aspects of your life that needs to improve.
Remember that we are going little by little and remember a building is not built in the twinkling of an eye. It is made step by step and every step to be completed well; otherwise, that building will collapse.
Enjoy the life, the little moments, drink coffee more slowly, enjoy the smile of a child and appreciate all the good things in your life, no matter if it’s minimal.
